you can use the NXP MCUXpresso IDE for debugging and flash programming:
MCUXpresso IDE|Eclipse-based Integrated Development Environment (IDE) | NXP
The IDE includes a standalone programmer.
For everything else, there is the P&E website too: PEmicro | Experts in Embedded tools for Flash Programming and Development
