Recommended bypass capacitor and fanout for MAPBGA-144

I could not find any documentation of PCB layout guidelines for the MAPBGA-144 package (e.g. for the MK64F). Could anyone point me to a document similar to AN10778 - PCB layout guidelines for NXP MCUs in BGA packages, but which contains recommendations for MAPBGA?
