Recommended PAD dimensions for the 98ASA00525D (QFN 16-pin) package

Dear NXP team,

Our customer wants to use "MKL02Z32VFG4".
The package is "QFN 16-pin" and the document is available from the following.
    https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/package-information/98ASA00525D.pdf

The customer has started designing the board, but I would like information on the recommended pad dimensions for the board side of this package.
