Power sequencing scheme of MK70FN1M0VMJ12

Want to know is there any power sequencing scheme for turning on MK70FN1M0VMJ12 with DDR2, USB, RS485, NAND Flash and other peripherals on board.

Hi:

From Datasheet of K70:

VDD_INT is Core supply voltage, same power source with VDD

5.5 Power sequencing

Voltage supplies must be sequenced in the proper order to avoid damaging internal

diodes. There is no limit on how long after one supply powers up before the next supply

must power up. Note that VDD and VDD_INT can use the same power source.

The power-up sequence is:

1. VDD

2. VDD_INT

3. VDDA

4. VDD_DDR

The power-down sequence is the reverse:

1. VDD_DDR

2. VDDA

3. VDD_INT

4. VDD
