Power consumption of STOP mode for S9KEAZ64AMLH

大家好!我的芯片是S9KEAZ64AMLH,进入stop模式后电流260ua。软件上没有使用任何外设,硬件上只保留了MCU。使用官网的例程,进入stop配置如下:

Hi woniu,

请问你有测试过关闭Bandgap、关闭LVD状态下STOP的电流吗?

260uA这个电流应该过高了。
