Need support : hi there am using a controller from Kinetic family of Freescale, MK10DN512VLL10. The controller is using 12MHz clock speed.

The controller is getting heated extensively even though  the MCU is not been loaded much. Can you tell what could be the possible reasons for excessive temperature.

Can you please check that you do not have any solder problem, missing part or wrong part.

Please also check the power consumption of the mcu.

Also check that you do not have configure a pin in wrong way, like as output when should be input.
