现在客户在用MK66FN2M0VMD18 (BGA封装)，想将换为MK66FN2M0VLQ18封装(QFP)，但仔细对比发现BGA封装有个专用的引脚“RTC_WAKEUP”，是有使用到这个功能，但QFP的是没有的。
那请帮忙确认一下，还能换吗，如果可以的话，我们在硬件和软件上需要做哪些升级或改动？

If you are using the function RTC_WAKEUP pin, this is not present on the QFP version, thus you do not have this function
