Currently we are building a flash programming equipements using EzPort for the MK20DN512VLQ10.

If we add external 10k ohm pull down resistor to the EZP_Q pin of the MK20DN512VLQ10, EZP_Q cannot output high level.

If we add external 10k ohm pull up resistor or no external resistor to EZP_Q pin, EZP_Q can output high level.

Why does this phenomenon occur?

What is output mode of EZP_Q in EzPort mode?

Please reply as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Takashima

Hi, Takashima,

When the EZP_CS signal is high, the EZP_Q is tri-stated, external pull up or down determine the logic of the pin.

when the EZP_CS signal is low, the EZP_Q is driven on the falling edge of EZP_CK, in the case, the EZP_Q pin is push-pull driven.

Have you transferred data by clearing the EZP_CS signal?

Hope it can help you
