MK10FN1M0VLQ12: Low power mode. How to enter BAT low power mode?

How do I enter Chip mode BAT (backup battery only) on a MK10FN1M0VLQ12?

I can't find any information about it.

Hi markosiponen,

In the MK10FN1M0VLQ12, RTC is powered by the independently power supply (VBAT) during chip power-down, for instance cut off accidentally, voltage drop down suddenly.
