MCU selection

I am looking for an MCU for a new project. Desired features:

Ethernet, EEPROM, I2C, UART, SPI, PWM, 1MB flash, USB, possibly TQFP package, no BGA, operating voltage 3 - 3.6 V, OR 5V, -40C to 85 C operating range.

Thank you for your reply Mark. Do you know the trace capabilities of this MCU, does it have an ETM?

Yes, I see the trace pins in the pinout table in the datasheet.
