Kinetis Motor Suite can't connect the mcu

Hi guys, I'm working with KMS with HVP-KV31F120M.After I started a new KMS project-HVPKV31F120M_SNLESSVEL_IAR_1_0_0_1, KMS cannot connect my mcu, my development platform is HVP-MC3PH,my Control board is HVP-KV31F120M.

There are the versions of softwares in my pc:

KMS1.0.0,

Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.6,KSDK1.3.0,

IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM® 7.40,

openSDA USB Driver Version 12.3,

the Application Version of the Mass Storage/Debug App of HVP-KV31F120M is 1.18.

Then I load .OUT file and download the image to the MCU following the KMS100UG.pdf, and retry communication via the Configure Communication Port option,communication still failed.This problem also exists in TWRKV31F120M. why and what should I do?

抱歉回复晚了，感谢您的回复，现在KMS还是连不上HVPKV31板子,但是FRDM-KV31F可以连上，是不是只有标了ENABLED BY KMS的板子才能用KMS呢，我的电话是（86）13430370664.
