Kinetis K66 144 pins SDRAM address Pins

Hi,

I want to interface a 32bits data wide SDRAM to a Kinetis K66 144 Pins.

The Datasheet is really confusing about the data line, I can only see that D31-D16 is available on the package, but the manual refers to SDRAM_D [31:0] (Table 35-2)

Are the remaining Data I/O from Flexbus?

Also I cannot correlate the example in AN5095 to the latest K65 user guide, pins arrangements must have changed.

Am I missing something obvious?

Hi,

Actually it is a document bug. The K66 really does NOT support 32 bit SDRAM as the manual mentioned. It only support up to 16 bit SDRAM. Sorry for the confusion and we will correct the manual in next version.
