Kinetis K60 Flexbus FB_RW signal problem

Hello,

i want to use the Flexbus for external RAM and Flash..

After some hours work and measuring with scope i found out that FB_RW always stay in last state ..

But my RAM and Flash wants that this signal goes after each read/write cycle back to high, cause they need this rising and falling edges on write cycles..

Any ideas? I don't found any settings like this ..

Found the problem!

I had a wrong idea ... FB_R/W signal is ok!

My BGA RAM was not soldered correctly ..
