It may be a stupid question, I'm sorry, but I don't understand how and where to retrieve the mask of a Kinetis CPU.
The Errata pdf documents for Kinetis K60 are for the mask 0M33Z, 1N30D, 2N30D and 4N30D: where can I found those codes?

Look at the chip that you are using - you should find one of the mask types marked on it (next line below the part type).
