Kenitics MK50DX256CLL10 continuously outputs reset pulses

I have a new board design using the MK50DX256CLL10 and the processor continuously outputs resets.

Any idea's

For an empty chip, there will be a continuously outputs waveform on reset pin. After you programmed, it will be disappear.
