KV58: what are the jitters on the timers output pins?

I require several low jitter timer outputs. I want to known which timer output pins will provide the lowest jitter.

Is there a difference in jitter between:

1. The FlexTimer and eFlexPWM modules?
2. Individual FlexTimer or eFlexPWM modules?
3. Individual channels of the FlexTimer and eFlexPWM modules?

Hi lain,

There is no jitter data for MCGOUTCLK and MCGFFCLK. If they share same clock source, their jitter is almost same. But I prefer eFlexPWM. Because MCGFFCLK is synchronized to the peripheral bus clock. The circuit may affect MCKFFCLK jitter. If they use different clock source, you may check each clock source's jitter. For example, FLL's jitter is not good.
