When use MQX_KSDK, it needn't add the mqx_ksdk component, we only need choose here :
this function is equivalent to MQX_KSDK. There are all the OS the KSDK concluded, we can refer to our need select.
And I test only use the mqx_ksdk component, it show this error below :
So, please do as i said.
Another point, if there are more than one clock under "Clock configuration", please click the "-" to only one.

I think there two fsl_os_abstraction, you can expand thte "Referenced_Components" , see where is error ?
When you create the project , there have fsl_os_abstraction component . Do you need two fsl_os_abstraction component ?

I have check you project, and many place you haven't configration, for example :
and else.
Use the PE, you can configration refer to its error.
And the attachment is a simple code , and it can work on my side , you can try it ,if ok, you can go on you application on it.
