KL43 Troubleshooting: VLL and VCAP Pins NC is okay?

I have two KL43's on a board, both on the same power rails. One of them doesn't use an SLCD so I left VLL1,2,3 and VCAP NC. Every GPIO is NC (the peripherals are not soldered on).

The other KL43 works, the described one doesn't. Same software. The described one responds to UART Programmer with proper Reads/Writes/ACKs.

Any ideas?

Hi,

VCAP pins cannot be floted, or NC,  it is a must that you need to add, a ceramic Capacitor of 0.1uF, since this is a charge pump from the input supply to the internal regulated output, if you do not provide energy the device it is never going to power up.
