Now, about your original question:

KEA128: Is possible to use the KBI lines as External Interrupts ?

In the KEA128 Sub-Family Reference Manual. Section 35.5 Functional Description., it is mentioned that the KBI could be use as External Interrupts as follows: "[…]these inputs are also useful as extra external interrupt inputs and as an external means of waking the MCU from stop or wait low-power modes."
