The family M does not have it by the name of KBI interrupt, but you can use GPIO as an interrupt. If you go to Chapter 11 of the Reference Manual, you can find more information about how to configure it, section 11.5.1 describes the Pin Control Register, where you can configure the pin to generate the interrupt request

You can also refer to eGPIO which is described in section 3.10.1
