Is the K64F and its CPU still being manufactured?

Hi,

Nearly ready to start making our product based on the K64F reference design so designed around the 

MK64FN1M0VLL12 but it seems that there is no stock anywhere, (mosuer, digikey, farnell and arrow) all members of the family seem to have the same problem, and they are quoting leadtimds of 39 weeks!

Am I going to the wrong people or is there an issue, anyone found a supply for these?

40 weeks is normal at the moment for many semi-conductors - the present industry cycle means that they are essentially sold-out.

There is presently some limited stock for K64FN1M0CAJ12R at Arrow and there are more generally some K66s out there still which can often be used instead (more or less pin-compatible but not 5V tolerant).
