ISP pin of Kinetis MKE15Z128VLL7

Hi,

I want to program MKE15Z128VLL7 uC using ISP (the method in which we keep a certain pin of the uC at logic low as the uC is brought out of reset).

 

I tried to locate this ISP pin by going through the datasheet and believe it is BOOTCFG0, which shares functionality with NMI_b pin (pin 70 on the LQFP100 device, shown on page 26 of below datasheet).

Can you please confirm my understanding? Thanks in advance.

Hi @aswinprabhu ,

Yes, correct. You should clear FTFT_FOPT[BOOTPIN_OPT] to zero first. The FTFT_FOPT register is read from flash address 0x40D.
