IEEE802.x.x on K series MCU

We are evaluating the scope of implementing IEEE 802 standards in our system over both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. Ours is a multi-board system based on K60 and K66 controllers. We are also using WolfSSL and mbedTLS for various security needs.

Does mWX support IEEE 802? What would be the recommended steps from NXP for implementing this?
