Hi, Baode

As you know, every pin of chip has a plating layer on real metal. The dimension of outside line is plating dimension. The internal dimension of inside line is metal dimension.

Hope my reply can help you.

Best Regards

Paul

Hi wang baode,

Every side has two numbers, this two number are the size range,  it is the mechanical tolerance.

When you draw your chip package, if your pin pitch is less 0.4, you should keep your width below 0.2, otherwise, the pin each to other maybe connected. But if your pin pitch is bigger than 0.4, you can draw your pin width a little

bigger than 0.2, for a food contact with silicon.

About the length, you can draw it bigger than 0.23, for soldering.

I wish it helps you!
