I/Os 3.3V if Micro powered at 1.8V?

We are using the MK22FN512CBP12R, powered at 1.8V. Was wondering if the I/Os would be tolerant in some configuration to operate with 3.3V levels? The pins we are connecting to are open drain 3.3V, so they would have pullups to 3.3V. Could the Kinetis 1.8V digital I/O be connetced in some configuration to operate correctly in this scenario, either as is or configured as open drain, as well?

When customer using MK22FN512CBP12R with VDD 1.8V, the open drain pin pull up voltage must be same with VDD (1.8V). MK22FN512CBP12R  datasheet also shows the same info at table1 :
