Hypothetically speaking, if you wanted to use a FRDM-K64 on a outer space flight what components would be most likely to fail in the environment of space ? Are there space rugedized components from NXP which could be used to replace the onboard components ? What about the PCB board itself. How would space affect the PCB ?

Hello Randy,

 

Unfortunately, we do not have any aerospace compliant MCU, the nearest one on the K-Series devices is KEA automotive MCUs. Please check link below.
