How to solve the error "Fatal error- Failed to read CPUID for Cortex device" for MK60FN1M0VLQ12 controller ?

Hi,

I am getting an error "Fatal error- Failed to read CPUID for Cortex device" when i try to program the controller using IAR embedded work bench. Before programming, i erased the controller memory by clicking Erase Memory in IAR Workbench.

IAR Embedded Workbench -> Project Settings -> Download ->Erase Memory.

After this erase, i am unable to program anything in to the controller. if i try to program, i am getting this error like "Failed to read CPUID for Cortex device."

Tools I am using

IDE: IAR Embedded Workbench

Debugger: Segger J-Link Base

Controller: MK60FN1M0VLQ12

Please let me know, how to solve this issue as early as possible.
