We are using the MK22FN512CBP12R which is an 80 ball WLCSP. Was wondering if a GDS file was available for this part which specifies the ball coordinate positions for each ball? We already have the mechanical drawing of the WLCSP package, but our layout vendor would like the GDS instead of doing it themselves.
Also, was a schematic symbol, such as for Orcad, available for this part?
