Flashing the user application - KW40/41

Hi,

I am testing KW41 EVB.

I would like to flash an application (say, hci_app.bin) through UART connection.  I tried with blhost immediately after resetting the KW41W but  no response. 

I am using the default boot loader that came with.  Do we need to have any special boot loader?
