FRDM-KL25Z not giving 3v3 and also gets over heated on regulator side

Dear Freescale engineers,

In FRDM - KL25Z, Am driving Vin(input voltage) as 5volt. I am not able

to get 3.3v with reference to ground, instead of 3.3v am getting

2.2volt in 3v3 pinout, and also Voltage regulator and microcontroller

getting more hotter.

Hi Krishnakumar,

Obviously, there's some errors with the board, then cause the voltage level drop.

And I'd like to confirm with you whether the board works in standalone mode or not when you measure the 3v3 voltage of the FRDM-KL25.

I've also checked my board on hand, it can supply 3.3v for MCU.
