Does the MKV31F512VLH12 have 5V tolerant I/O?

I'm looking at using the MKV31512VLH12 microcontroller and am curious if the component has 5V tolerant I/O. I can't seem to find anything on the datasheet.

The KV31F's Maximum Digital Input Voltage value is (Vdd + 0.3V), and the Maximum Digital Output Voltage is (Vdd - 0.5). The operating ranges for Vdd is from -0.3V to a Maximum of 3.8V.
