Looking for an AECQ microprocessor to generate high resolution PWM. Regulation window is 200 ns (maximum delay in a phase-shifted full bridge converter).

The MPC5xxx devices offers the FlexPWM module. The fractional delay logic as know e.g. from DSC’s eFlexPWM is not available.
However the FlexPWM clock can be up to 160MHz (on MPC57xx MCUs) so the resolution could be up to 6.25 ns.
