Hello Tuo Wang:
KL25 MCU only contains 1 flash block, and it does not support flash swap functionality. For firmware update purposes (e.g. bootloader), the flash programming routines need to be run from RAM memory.
Regards!,

Hello Jorge,
We are currently using an MK60DN512, but due to its difficulty to source, we are considering using the MK60DN256ZVLL10 and urgently need to know if the flash swap feature is supported in the DN256 as this is critical to our application.
Also, do you know what the "Z" refers to and what Errata may exist for that part (DC 2019+).
Thank you!
