How does FRDM-KE17Z development board supports MKE13Z512VLL9 microcontroller?

Referring to the attached screenshot, what is the meaning of MKE13Z here? What does it mean exactly? Does it mean, in FRDM-KE17Z development board the MKE13Z512VLL9 microcontroller can be placed instead of MKE17Z256VLL7?
