Cortex-m4 based set of instructions to compliance with functional safety in product

Hy,

I have to migrate CPU self-tests in order to meet standarsds about functional safety of medical devices., based on IEC directives. My question is about CPU self-tests. Is there any way to get self-test for cortex-m4 based K65FX1M0M18 microcontroller? So far I have not had any success searching the forum to find a way to get it.

Hello Darnai,

What do you mean about self-test? In the MCU are many registers that let you know the state of the peripherals if there's an error in the communications, access to memories, etc. Is this what are you looking for?
