Cant use PEmicro debugger with KL46Z256M4

Dear sirs, 

i got frdm - kl46z, i was working with this board before and had no problems, now when i want to debbug it doesn't work for me and i got errors like this. I need help please. 

 

OS: WINDOWS 11 
PROGRAM VERSION: MCUXpresso IDE v11.6.1_8255

Hi denisc7slzo,

Please put the attached bin file into the FRDM-KL46Z driver. Does the D5 LED blink red?

If so, please try to debug your project with MCUXpresso IDE v11.6.1_8255.

If D5 LED doesn't blink red. Then you may need to use the Kinetis_Recovery_Utility discussed in "MK60DX256VLL10" RESET PIN
