We have a custom K60DN512-based board which uses a 50MHz external clock input to the processor on PTA18 just like the TWR-K60D100M board. Unfortunately one of the printed circuit boards has lost the pad at M12, so we can't use the PTA18 input. Is it possible to re-programme the device to look for the clock on a different I/O pin or port...?

We are using Codewarrior V10.6 and running MQX4.1.

Thanks

Ken

Hi Ken Armitage

According to the reference manual, no, Unfortunately there isn't another pin that can be used as External clock/Oscillator input. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Hope this could help
