Can we create independent segment of flash memory to store variables in freescale MKL26?

Hello Everyone

I am using freescale KL26Z256 controller. I required to create separate segment of flash memory which is independent with firmware code.

So is it possible to create such segment  which is totally independent with bootloader and firmware?

Hi

Customer can use software to emulate a Flash segment to store variables. While, that segment could not be split from Flash memory.
