Can't recover FRDM-K22F kit after updating

[MAPC]

My customer has a FRDM-K22F kit and it is not working anymore since he updated the MBed Open-SDA firmware. It is not recognized by Device Manager in Windows and it doesn't go into bootloader mode anymore. We have tried with all drivers (P&E, Segger and MBed), but none of them recover the board.

How can we fix this problem?

please, have you tried update open-sda bootloader from site P&E Microcomputer Systems: Over 30 years as an Industry leader in Embedded Systems Development Tools... ?

We tried to reinstall all USB drivers and Open SDA firmware from the three developers (P&E, Segger and MBed), but it didn't work with any of them.

not sure what could be wrong - have you tested it on another computer? have you tested another K22F board?
