Hi,

Can’t migrate from K10DX256 на K10DN512.

What I see in a debugger window is: system crashes after  command

   WDOG_UNLOCK = 0xC520;

Unlocking watchdog is identical in both chips.

Please, give me an idea.

Would you please give me detail information(part number and mask set) about the MCUs? For the Kinetis 100 MHz Rev 1.x to Rev 2.x , please refer the Migration Guide AN4445.

And please attach the code which you are testing.
