Can not connect TWR-k60F120FM to toolkit launch pad & KDS download

Hello,

i am having problem with the TWR-k60F120FM launch pad.

i followed the instruction and installed the PEMicro driver, i can see them after installation completes and reboot my PC.

see attachment.

Then, i launch the toolkit launchpad, tried the accel demo.  able to connect to port 1 (see attachment) 

but did not see anything showing up.

i can tilt the board and see the light changes but nothing shown up on my toolkit launchpad.

Next i am able to import hello world and compiled / linked in for TRW-K60d100m because they use openJtag like the board i have: TWR-k60F120FM.

then, i can not down load the code.  i think the USB connection to TWR-k60F120FM still has problem.

my question:

1- do i need to change any default jumper to enable comm on openJtag?  I looked at the jumper setting and can not find anything strange.  There is a J10 but i leave it on as default.

2- has anyone has any issue like this?  it is getting frustrated for out of the box experience.

Customer need to remove J10 jumper to let P&E OSJTAG in debugger mode:

With the J10 OFF, customer could find below info from Windows device window:

The TWR-K60F120M board quick start demo software and lab guide could be downloaded from here.

The demo is based on NXP MQX V3.8 software, customer need to download and install NXP MQX V3.8 software at first. The NXP MQX V3.8 software could be downloaded from here.

Thank you so much. 

i followed the instructions to update USB driver, virtual serial toolkit, OSJTAG firmware (plugged in j10) and unplug10 after OSJTAG firmware update completion.

I think i can get connect to the terminal and kick start the accel start.  see pix below:

however, i can not see any thing displayed on the Data Snapshot or Data Graphed Over Time.  can you please advise what i am potentially missing?

Also, when i tried to installed MQX 3.8 releases and patches above, it said that it previous version is not installed. i am not sure what's going on yet.  i installed MQX 4.2, but still the same message.

Hi

The TWR-K60F120M quick start demo is based on MQX old version V3.8 software.

So far, I am still get the compile error during build the  demo project:

The MQX installation issue caused by it need MQX V3.8 whole version software be installed before the patch installed.

I could not find the MQX V3.8 software from the website.

I need to check with MQX team if there with MQX V3.8 software available for downloading.
