Hello Jonathan

Thanks for the files, the BGA file does appear to be a correct match for the device I'm using, however, the actual device reports a different JTAG ID code to that found in the file.

When I scan the JTAG chain with the tool I'm using (XJTAG), I see a device with the id code 0x4BA0_0477, which I belive is an Arm manufacturer code.  This is different from the ID code in the file you sent me, which is 0x0B3E_201D.  Is there something I have to do to get this ID to appear on the scan chain, or some mode I have to put the device in for this to work?

Thanks

Martin

I have requested the file - does this usually take very long to handle?

It would be good if these files were on the product page along with the data sheets.

Thanks very much

Martin
