BSDL for MK22FN1M0VLQ12 with QFP144 package

I am seaching for a BSDL (Boundary Scan Description Language) model for  MK22FN1M0VLQ12 with QFP144 package.

I can not found on NXP homepage. I need help to develop a Boundary Scan test project.
