BSDL file of MK22FX512AVLL12 (package 100LQFP)

Hello. 

I would like to get the BSDL file of MK22FX512AVLL12. It's package 100LQFP.  However, when I search in NXP website. It has only BSDL package of 144BGA.

Could you help to advise?  How to get BSDL file match with my IC package 100LQFP?

Hi Jing,

The BSDL file in the link is for package 144BGA but I would like to get the BSDL file for package 100LQFP. 

Could you advise the link to get the correct package of this device?
