Availability time of the KL28 XFBGA

Hi everybody, 

Do you have any news about the availability time of the NXP KL28 in XFBGA format?

I see that the KL28 in LQFP format is already available but i need the smaller one.

How much time i have to wait?

Hi Matteo,

I got the feedback from Kinetis product team:

There is no plan to launch this package, for KL28Z, only 100LQFP is available now.

No strong request from the market now, if the volume is good Marketing can double check it.
