AN4368 's several problems.

I am now using AN4368, but found there are several problems like below.

1. it only support S19 with S3 formate(the default generated formate of CW), while the IAR generated S2 formate S19 file, so it need to make a transfer.

2. it can't support bin formate, it report unknown file.

Kinetis Bootloader can support bin format.
