I'm not quite sure what you mean by '10 bit reference', but as long as you mention 'reference (voltage)' I will point out that reference-accuracy is a key part of internal temperature conversion accuracy. See my post:

I see KE8 is a 'little different' in having Vtemp25 as 1396mV, and TWO slopes at 3.638mV/C >25C, and 3.266mV/C <25C.
As for '10 bit', you will find that ADC resolution (or more particularly Equivalent Number Of Bits) is not going to limit your final temperature accuracy.
