how to initialize timers for RGB led blinking with PWM as well as on-time and off-time please help me

1.Timer initialization for RGB wit PWM.

2. RGB ON-Time and OFF-Time. RGB(100,100,100,ON-Time,OFF-Time)   

3. Create structure for RGB.
