What is internal flash ram on mk20dx256vll10

Hi,

As question above, what is internal flash ram range on mk20dx256vll10. I didnt find on datasheet.

I've been trying all addresses on memory map, but Processor expert just doesnt like it. By the way,

I am trying to figure out a way to make an usb bootloader on KDS with processor expert.

Please look at the chip/device Reference Manual:

Chapter 3.5.1.2 Flash Memory Sizes

FlexRAM address range is 0x1400_0000 - 0x1400_0FFF.

It can be used as generic RAM when not used as part of the FlexNVM functionality (aka EEPROM window).
