Support of K26 and K66 in KDS

Hello,

Recently I've got some samples of K26 and K66 from Freescale (I'd like to try and test 180MHz clocking) but it looks that these devices are not supported by KDS. I have KDS 3.0.0 with all recent updates on 64bit Ubuntu and K22 and K26 are not visible in Devices list in Project wizard. Am I miss something? Maybe I should install some "special" update or package?

If these processors are really not supported by KDS which IDE should I use to handle it?

Hello lus,

Dose this can meet your requirement?

If yes , please install KSDK1.2 , you can download it here :

Software Development Kit for Kinetis MCUs|Freescale

then please refer to this to install the update on KDS (especial the "5 Run a demo using Kinetis Design Studio IDE")

http://cache.freescale.com/files/soft_dev_tools/doc/support_info/KSDK12GSUG.pdf?fsrch=1

Hope it helps

Have a great day,
Alice
